01What is the difference between soft wash and pressure washing?
Soft wash uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to lift dirt, algae, and mildew off surfaces that pressure would damage. Siding, painted wood, and roofs get soft washed. Concrete driveways, walkways, and patios get pressure washed. The surface decides the method.
02Will pressure washing damage my roof?
Roofs never get pressure washed here. Shingles and tile get a soft wash only, which cleans the surface without lifting or stripping anything.
03How much does a wash cost?
Every property is quoted after we see it. Size, surface, and how much buildup is on it all move the number, so the quote comes after a look rather than off a price list. Call or text 305-542-3435 and we will get you one for free.
04What areas do you serve?
Based in Gretna and covering the West Bank and the New Orleans metro: Terrytown, Harvey, Marrero, Westwego, Belle Chasse, Algiers, New Orleans, Metairie, and Kenner. If you are near the edge of that, call or text and ask.
05How does the referral program work?
Send three referrals and your next service is 30% off. There is no limit on how many times you can earn it.
06When can you come out?
Hours are 6am to 6pm, every day of the week, including weekends. Call or text 305-542-3435 to check what is open.
07Do you do driveway crack filling and paver sealing too?
Yes. Crack filling happens after the concrete is cleaned and dried so the fill bonds properly. For pavers, old sealer gets stripped, the pavers get cleaned, then they are resealed.
